The development consists of a 12-storey structure with a total of 18 exclusive residential units, including luxurious 3 BHK apartments and spacious 4 BHK duplex penthouses with private terraces. Our Client’s Challenge

Delivering a boutique residential experience in a dense urban area like Kathmandu presented unique challenges. The client needed to balance exclusivity with accessibility, integrating high-end amenities and privacy into a compact vertical design. Efficient use of space, minimizing congestion, and offering a sense of openness were key priorities, all while maintaining cost-effectiveness and ensuring long-term value.

Our Approach And Solution

We developed a compact yet sophisticated structure with only 18 units to minimize waiting and congestion, as highlighted by market demand for such projects. The building includes a mix of 3 BHK layouts and 4 BHK duplexes with jacuzzi decks. Sustainability and communal comfort were prioritized with Vastu-alignment, 24/7 security, high-speed Wi‑Fi, a gym, lift access, covered parking, swimming pool, and a community hall. Top floors deliver panoramic vistas via private terraces and duplex configurations designed to maximize daylight.
